DORE STUDIO operates Lumen ("the Application"), a self-hosted automation tool that generates video content and publishes it to a YouTube channel owned and controlled by its operator, using the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API under the operator's authorization.
This policy explains what data the Application accesses, why, where it is stored, and how you can revoke access.
With your authorization through Google OAuth 2.0, the Application accesses:
We never access your Google password, Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive, or any other Google service.
Accessed data is used solely to create, upload, schedule, and analyze videos on the channel you authorize. Analytics data is used to improve that channel's content. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to the channel you connected.
OAuth tokens, generated media, and channel data are stored locally on the operator's own server. We do not operate a central server and we do not transmit your data to us. Data is retained while the Application is in use.
Video scripts are sent to DeepSeek and narration text to ElevenLabs solely to generate text and audio. No Google user data, OAuth tokens, or channel analytics are shared with these providers. No telemetry is enabled: the Application does not report usage to us or to any third party.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your data with third parties, except where required by law.
The Application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may revoke the Application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation immediately invalidates the stored tokens and the Application stops acting on your channel. Locally stored channel data can be deleted on request.
