These terms govern the use of Lumen ("the Application"), a self-hosted automation tool operated by DORE STUDIO. By authorizing or using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application generates video content and publishes it to a YouTube channel you own and control, using the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API under your authorization.
You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the connected YouTube channel; that you hold all necessary rights to any content you publish through it; and that your use complies with the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google APIs Terms of Service, and applicable law.
The Application relies on third-party AI providers for text and audio generation (DeepSeek, ElevenLabs) and on Google APIs. Their respective terms apply to those components. The Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or YouTube.
The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Automated content generation may produce inaccurate or unsuitable output; you are responsible for reviewing content before publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DORE STUDIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, channel penalties, demonetization, or content removal, arising from the use of the Application.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted at this URL, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
